Liv by Kotex® launches Mother’s Night Initiative to combat mom loneliness

New research reveals one in three moms feel isolated since motherhood, brand introduces night out for moms nationwide

A recent study conducted by Liv by Kotex® sheds light on the challenges faced by mothers, revealing that one in three moms report feeling lonelier since becoming a parent, with 53% expressing a diminished sense of connection with friends. In response to these findings, Liv by Kotex® is introducing “Mother’s Night,” slated for Saturday, May 11, 2024, aiming to provide mothers across the nation with an opportunity to reconnect with friends and experience moments of joy and laughter.

Understanding the emotional toll of motherhood, Liv by Kotex® recognizes the importance of alleviating some of the burdens mothers face. Paige Chapman, senior brand manager for Liv by Kotex®, emphasized: “Moms give so much of themselves every day, and at times motherhood can be an unpredictable experience. The initiative encourages moms to take a well-deserved break from their daily responsibilities and enjoy a night out with friends. To kickstart the event, Liv by Kotex® is offering 200 moms the chance to win $100 each to spend on their Mother’s Night outing. Interested participants can enter by engaging with Liv by Kotex®’s Mother’s Night post on Instagram, sharing how they would spend the evening, and tagging two friends they’d like to join them.

Chapman further added: “We are proud to launch Liv by Kotex® in partnership with Target to help make mom’s life a little easier by uniquely managing unpredictable periods and a little pee while helping her feel dry and comfortable”.
