Lucart announces renewal of Board of Directors with Francesco Pasquini appointed as new CEO
Massimo Pasquini, the group's leader since 2004, assumes the presidency, while the new CEO sets growth and sustainability goals
Lucart, an Italian manufacturer of tissue products, recently announced the renewal of its Board of Directors, with Francesco Pasquini appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This change comes after the completion of the transaction that allowed Azzurra Capital to acquire a strategic shareholding in Pasfin S.p.A., the holding company that fully controls Lucart.
The new Board of Directors consists of:
- Massimo Pasquini – President
- Francesco Pasquini – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Alessandro Pasquini, Lorenzo Pasquini, and Tommaso De Luca – Executive Directors
- GianErnesto Bernardi, Cristina Ferrari, Federico Lovadina, and Massimo Innocenti – Non-Executive Directors
