Lucart invests in the United Kingdom

With its internationalisation plan, Lucart has bought Supply Products Ltd, one of the leading professional hygiene products companies in Great Britain.

With this investment, Lucart’s leadership in the European market of Away from Home hygiene products will be confirmed. “This transaction is of strategic importance for the entire Group as it allows us to consolidate our presence in the UK, which is the second largest market in Europe for tissue products. Our financial strength and the desire to pursue the Group’s strategic objectives, together with the awareness that the difficulties linked to the historical moment we are experiencing must not make us lose our long-term vision, have enabled us to overcome the uncertainties generated by Brexit and the Covid-19 pandemic. We have completed an important additional step for the future development of the entire Group”, says Massimo Pasquini, CEO of Lucart.

Essential Supply Products Ltd, which was Founded in 1990, is with a turnover of approximately 30 million euros per year. The company has its headquarters and production plant in Malvern, and its location, market and type of production, brother the Group.
