With a diverse program and major players, Tissue Summit Latin America will begin tomorrow

This week, on September 13th and 14th, the Tissue Summit Latin America 2023 is taking place, an event that gathers the key players and decision-makers in the tissue paper and personal care market in Latin America.

In its second edition, the program is even more diversified, featuring two days of panel discussions in a new format. Following the presentations, which will be conducted in blocks, speakers will come together for a discussion of ideas and perspectives on the topics covered in each block. The panels will be moderated by Felipe Quintino, founder and CEO of Nexum Group, followed by questions from the live audience at the conference.

In addition to the presentations and exhibitions on the tissue and personal care market, which will address the theme “ESG: Innovating with Responsibility”, the program also includes other presentations from experts of major companies in the sector and tabletop exhibitions, offering various opportunities for sharing experiences, making connections, networking, and exploring business opportunities.

Among the event’s highlights is the presentation by Andrés Felipe Patiño Forero, director of Sustainability at Grupo Familia, who will address the company’s key ESG initiatives. Following that, Jorge Araya Parra, an executive from Euromonitor International, will share the main insights from the research company in his talk titled “Opportunities and Challenges in the Latin American Paper Products Market”. To conclude this block, María Belén Rodríguez, Sustainability Manager at Softys, will showcase the company’s innovations related to the topic.
