INCAPE achieves GPTW certification

INCAPE, a specialist in the production of corestock for the tissue market, achieved the Great Place to Work certification, a global consultancy that supports organizations to obtain better results through a culture of trust, high performance and innovation.

The global GPTW index reveals the employee’s perception of the organization’s policies, practices and behaviors. The evaluation criteria for obtaining the certificate are based on leadership credibility, respect for people, impartial treatment, in addition to the pride and companionship of the team.
