Kimberly-Clark donates to earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria
The company has already donated more than three million personal hygiene items, such as diapers, wipes and menstrual pads

Kimberly-Clark, through its hygiene and personal care brands Huggies, Kleenex, Kotex and Kimberly-Clark Professional, donated more than three million essential health and hygiene products to help victims of the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
Among the products donated are two million diapers and baby wipes, one million menstrual pads and 100,000 tissue wipes, in addition to gloves, coveralls and sterile masks.
To coordinate the delivery of products, the company relies on employees from its factories around the world and the help of local charities, so that the distribution takes place as quickly as possible.
“Our hearts go out to all those impacted by the recent devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. In response, we are donating essential health and hygiene products to support active relief efforts across the region,” writes K-C on its LinkedIn page.
In addition, the company has established a donation program for its employees involving the Kimberly-Clark Foundation: the entity will match all donations. “By supporting the communities where we live and work, we are delivering on our purpose to provide Better Care for a Better World”, concludes the multinational.
