Kimberly-Clark names Stacey Valy Panayiotou as new Global HR Chief
Executive will assume the role in September and join the company’s leadership team, focusing on organizational culture and talent development

Kimberly-Clark has announced the appointment of Stacey Valy Panayiotou as its new Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective September 10, 2025. She succeeds Viviane Cury, who had been serving as interim CHRO and will return to her position as Vice President of Talent Business Partner for North America.
In her new role, Panayiotou will oversee global human resources management, covering areas such as recruitment, talent development and performance, labor relations, compensation, and benefits. She will report directly to Mike Hsu, Chairman and CEO of Kimberly-Clark, and will be part of the company’s global leadership team.
According to Hsu, “Stacey is a transformational leader with a track record of aligning people strategies with enterprise growth. Furthermore, her commitment to building people-first cultures that are both high-performing and caring aligns directly with our company’s values”.
With more than 20 years of experience in global human resources leadership roles, Panayiotou has served since 2020 as CHRO of Ball Corporation, where she established the company’s first global corporate university, focused on talent development. Prior to that, she held key positions at Graphic Packaging International and spent 13 years with The Coca-Cola Company, where she held leadership roles across different regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and two master’s degrees from the Institute of Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Loyola University Chicago.
Commenting on her new role, Panayiotou said, “I’m honored to join a company with such a rich legacy of delivering performance and care — care for consumers, customers, communities and, importantly, its people. I look forward to working with the team to build on that strong foundation and further enhance the capabilities of Kimberly-Clark’s talented workforce around the world”.
