Metsä Tissue, a part of Metsä Group, has received the Top Employer award for the second time in a row. Once again, the Top Employer Institute has acknowledged Metsä Tissue Germany for its human resources management. Companies certified as Top Employer put their employees in the center of their business activities and offer them an outstanding working and development environment.

Participation in the evaluation of human resources work by an independent institute according to national and international standards provides a clear benchmark of where the company stands and what areas for action can be derived. Comparisons with previous years make it possible to track the company’s progress and development. This in turn helps Metsä Tissue to focus on the right priorities and implement effective measures.
