Tissue Summit Brasil 2025 starts tomorrow under the theme “Resilience and Innovation”

The leading event in the tissue industry reaches its 5th edition with a rich and diverse program, including debate panels, presentations, and special lectures

On Wednesday, February 12, the Tissue Summit Brasil 2025 will begin, bringing together key players in the tissue market at the Tivoli Mofarrej Hotel in São Paulo.

In its fifth edition, the leading event of the tissue paper industry, organized by Nexum Group, will have the central theme “Resilience and Innovation,” discussing the adaptability and future vision of the sector, analyzing both the current landscape and future challenges and opportunities.

The Tissue Summit aims to strengthen and generate connections, promoting knowledge, insights into new solutions, products, and technologies, while also sharing trends observed in the sector through a varied program that will include lectures, exhibitions, presentations, and debate panels, moderated by Felipe Quintino, founder and CEO of Nexum Group.

On the morning of the first day, starting at 10:00 AM, participants will attend lectures from representatives of Voith and Color Química, in addition to a live Talk Tissue with Eduardo M. Aron, General Director of Tissue at Bracell, and lectures from Nalco Water, Lotus Química, and Valmet, followed by presentations from FactoryPal, Firefly, HERGEN, Nova Brasil, Gambini, INCAPE, and Solenis.

In this edition, before the special tissue panel, the traditional Tissue Online Award will be presented, recognizing the top companies and products in ten categories that have stood out in the tissue market during the year. Additionally, the Tissue Online Recognition Award will be presented to honor personalities for their contribution to the industry.

The tissue debate panel will close the program for the first day of the event with the participation of Marcos Paulo Lupianhes, Commercial Director of the Consumer Goods Unit at Suzano; Luciana Dobuchak, Commercial Director at IPEL; Marcelo Domenico, CEO of Damapel; and Jairo Almeida dos Santos, Managing Director at COPAPA. After the debate, all attendees will enjoy a cocktail.

The second day of the event will begin with a special lecture by Gabriel Fernandez, an independent analyst specializing in the Pulp and Paper market. Following that, representatives from Dynatech, Valgroup, Contech, and Sertec20 will present their lectures. After brunch and the exhibition, the special lecture from Euromonitor International will open the afternoon program, which will continue with presentations from Tractian, BW Converting, and Henkel.

Finally, the personal care debate panel will close the program for the second day of the event, with participation from André Aguiar, Director of the Consumer Goods Unit at Essity Brasil; Rodrigo Zerbini, CEO of CCM Indústria de Descartáveis; and Marina Mizumoto, Marketing Director at Softys. Tissue Summit Brasil 2025 will conclude with a closing cocktail.

Throughout the event, participants will be able to follow the presentations in a hybrid space, with headsets and simultaneous translation into Portuguese and English, in silent conference format. They will also have the opportunity to visit the exhibition stands and table tops, offering excellent networking, connection, and business opportunities.
