As the year comes to an end, let’s share some of the main takeaways from our Open House events, meetings, Pilot Line trials, and sales with our customers.

We have made discoveries and key advancements with our various technologies that give us more marketplace visibility and viability.

Specifically, we now have an abundance of proven results based on developments with our AirMill Wet Embossing technology, some of which can be downloaded here.

Moving forward, we will be focusing on additional developments with a realistic commitment to the future, both for the industry and to the planet.

 

As we look back on 2023, we have come to a great and exciting truth about our AirMill Wet Embossing system: AirMill is not just another component in the rewinder line, instead it delivers a new way of creating value for our customers and including all of us as consumers.

That is why we see AirMill as a revolution!

At our TissueHub research laboratory, we are continuously testing (+200 customer trials to-date), and is where the AirMill technology brings new products to life.  We realized the real game changer is introducing Water used in combination with Heat, and into the converting process.

This approach introduces new elements (Water, Heat, Energy & Fibers) which have not previously been considered in converting, thereby making a decisive breakthrough in the entire production process by obtaining energy savings, reducing pollution, and leading to more sustainable products.

2024 promises to be a year full of new market opportunities for our customers.
