Edgewell Personal Care announces departure of COO and restructures global leadership
Dan Sullivan leaves the company in October and the company adopts a regional hub-based model to accelerate decision-making and efficiency

Edgewell Personal Care announced that Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dan Sullivan will leave the company on October 1, 2025, to pursue a new opportunity. Following his departure, the company will implement a restructuring of its senior leadership aimed at streamlining operations and strengthening regional management.
According to the announcement, the COO role will not be replaced. Instead, the company is adopting a regional hub model — North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America — with these hubs now reporting directly to President and CEO Rod Little, along with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
“I appreciate Dan’s leadership and the many contributions he has made during his tenure at Edgewell. Dan played a key role in re-architecting Edgewell’s growth strategy and helped scale the business while enhancing the organization’s focus on brand development, execution and financial performance”, said Little.
The CEO also emphasized that the reorganization is designed to make the company more agile and responsive in the global disposable personal care market. “We are elevating critical regional leaders, removing layers from the organization and creating a more agile, responsive organization that can move faster in today’s dynamic marketplace. We are firmly committed to maintaining our operational excellence and better positioning the company for sustainable, long-term growth”, he added.
With this change, Edgewell reinforces its strategic focus on innovation, brand development, and operational efficiency across all markets where it operates.
