Egal Pads receives Vision Award 2025 with innovative solution for roll pads

Egal Pads, dedicated to improving accessibility to menstrual products, was honored at the 2025 Vision Awards, organized by FacilitiesNet, in the Plumbing & Restrooms category. The recognition places Pads on a Roll among the most innovative solutions for institutional and commercial operations in the United States.

The product is manufactured in rolls of 40 pads, allowing installation in existing toilet paper dispensers or in customized models developed by Egal itself. Located inside stalls, next to the toilet paper, the pads are made available in a practical and discreet way for those who need them.

The Vision Awards reaches its 7th edition in 2025 and recognizes products, systems, and technologies that contribute to efficiency, profitability, and effective management of commercial and institutional buildings in the U.S. In total, 31 manufacturers were awarded across 12 categories, while another 24 received honorable mentions.

The categories ranged from HVAC, lighting, and security to Plumbing & Restrooms solutions, where Egal stood out. According to the organizers, winners were evaluated by a jury composed of industry influencers, editorial board members of Building Operating Management and Facility Maintenance Decisions, as well as leading facility management professionals.

Egal’s proposal introduces a new format for disposable pads. Individually wrapped in a strip rolled around a cardboard tube, the pads enable quick replacement — taking only a few seconds to restock the dispensers. The idea is to expand accessibility and ensure availability of the item in high-traffic locations, combining innovation, convenience, and efficiency.
