First Quality recognized for leadership in supporting long term care providers

The company was named Executive Leadership Partner of the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living

In recognition of their leadership in supporting long term care providers, First Quality Products, Inc. has been named an Executive Leadership Partner of the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).

The company has sponsored AHCA/NCAL’s Annual Conference for 23 years, supporting the association’s mission to improve lives by delivering quality care. AHCA/NCAL is the largest association in the United States representing long term and post-acute care providers, with more than 14,000 member facilities. As an Executive Leadership Partner, First Quality is among AHCA/NCAL’s top five corporate partners.

“We are grateful to First Quality for their unwavering support and dedication to the association and to the long-term care profession,” said Mark Parkinson, president and CEO of AHCA/NCAL. “First Quality’s partnership allows us to provide enriching educational events and resources to care professionals and advocate for the profession in our nation’s capital year after year. We look forward to many more years working with a tremendous partner.”

“First Quality has been a loyal partner for over two decades and we appreciate their ongoing support,” said Phil Fogg, chairman of AHCA, who presented First Quality with the recognition at the 73rd Annual AHCA/NCAL Conference. “Partners like First Quality are essential as we strive to improve the lives of the millions of frail, elderly and individuals with disabilities who receive long term and post-acute care in our member facilities each day.”

The company has more than 30 years of experience serving the health care industry and its Prevail® adult incontinence products are a staple at many long-term care facilities. In addition to their premium quality products, First Quality has a clinical team of licensed nurses, with experience in case management, geriatrics, wound care, and incontinence. This clinical team works closely with health care providers and staff at long term care facilities to implement effective incontinence management programs.

“Our goal is to help long term care providers navigate incontinence care, and this recognition reflects our team’s commitment to the industry,” said Sima Delafraz, global sales and marketing leader at First Quality. “We are grateful for the work of AHCA/NCAL to support long term care providers who bring their best to the residents they serve every day.”
