Gambini: complete lines for tissue converting

Established in 1870, Gambini is an Italian machinery-making company led by the passion of the very same family, now at its fifth generation.

As well as producing integrations for existing tissue converting plants, the company also manufactures two different types of complete lines: for the consumer market and for the professional (away-from-home) market.

CONSUMER MARKET

To meet the demands of facilities that produce consumer tissue, Gambini offers four machinery options:

• Flex600

The Flex600 can produce premium-level toilet paper and kitchen towels. Reaching a speed of 600 m/min, it always guarantees high efficiency and quality. It can convert reels up to 2,850 mm wide and is customizable according to the specifications of the desired finished product.

• Flex700

Flex700 is specialized in toilet paper production thanks to the excellent results achievable in terms of volume. It reaches 700 m/min and can be configured to work on even larger jumbo reels, up to 3,600 mm wide.

• G1

G1 is Gambini’s top-of-the-line, able to bring excellent quality products to life. Featuring a rewinder equipped with 3-roll technology, it is designed to preserve paper quality at every stage of the production, from the first to the last winding layer. G1 reaches up to 700 m/min.

• Giulia

The fourth of the consumer lines is the Giulia, the only one of Gambini’s which is not customizable. It is a ready-to-use line, which has the great advantage of being more affordable than the others, while guaranteeing premium quality, and available in just a few months.

AWAY-FROM-HOME

For the institutional market, the company offers two options of machinery that best meet the needs of tissue conversions.

• ProFlex600 and ProFlex700

As can be expected, these two lines borrow the configuration of their consumer twins, tailoring to the away-from-home market where the needs for production are different. These lines reward efficiency and volume.
