Harper Hygienics strengthens Supervisory Board with appointment of Janis Bormanis
Executive brings experience in international financial operations and corporate management to the company's governance

Harper Hygienics announced the appointment of Janis Bormanis to its Supervisory Board, effective September 24, 2025. The executive brings to the company a solid track record in corporate and investment banking, debt financing, industrial modernization projects, and capital markets.
Throughout his career, Bormanis has held leadership positions at banks in Germany and Latvia, in addition to having conducted large-scale restructuring and financing operations in the Baltics and Poland. Since 2011, he has served as Managing Partner at IFA and, since 2022, as Deputy Chairman of the Council of iCotton SIA.
