Hospeco Brands Group finalizes merger with Innocore

Successful integration promises to expand product and service offerings in the Canadian Marketplace

Hospeco Brands Group (HBG) has finalized the integration of Ontario-based Innocore, effective May 1, 2024, following its acquisition a year ago. All existing operations will continue to operate under the Innocore name. Going forward, Innocore’s legacy commercialization teams and activities, including sales, customer care and marketing, will be part of Hospeco Brands Group (HBG), ready to continue serving Innocore customers.

On the other hand, HBG, a full-line U.S. manufacturer offers solutions for a wide range of sectors, including cleaning, personal care, security, and more. The integration ensures that Canadian customers benefit from the expertise and scale of a large global manufacturer, combined with the agility of a specialized supplier.

In addition, following the integration of Innocore under the Hospeco Brands Group (HBG) name, the company has established itself as a leading manufacturer of personal and pre-moistened surface wipes in Canada. The addition of the Touch Point brand in the U.S. and Certainty brand in Canada to the HBG Signature suite of products has further strengthened its position in the North American wipes market.

The legacy Innocore management team will now lead all HBG operations in Canada, which will strengthen its focus and support in this key market. Existing customers will see no changes in suppliers, pricing or customer service because of this integration.

In February of this year, HBG opened a new 58,000 sq. ft. warehouse near Innocore’s former manufacturing facility in Woodstock, Ontario. This initiative expands its presence in Canada and strengthens its ability to serve an ever-growing customer base in the country.
