INCAPE celebrates positive results in 2022 and projects expansion for next year
The specialist in core stock concluded the year of the biggest project executed in its history as one of the best companies to work for
Consolidating itself as the only industry focused on the production core stock for the Latin American tissue market, during 2022 INCAPE continued to invest in solutions, technologies and specialized services, ensuring the delivery of value to the customer and the maximization of human capital.
The company started the year with the execution of the biggest project in its history: the Drying Project. This historic machine shutdown required 132 hours, more than 100 people involved and R$ 37 million invested.
The installation of new technologies, linked to the commitment of excellent professionals, ensured more assertive production management, greater customer reliability, machine production and stability, as well as more safety for employees.
The results of the Drying Project are identified in the machine production and availability records achieved during the year, in addition to the mark of 500 days without lost-time accidents, emphasizing one more of the commitments assumed by the company: the appreciation and care of human capital.

PROJECTIONS FOR THE FUTURE
And it is with this constant concern with social development and with the open perspective for new markets and for innovation that INCAPE recently announced the expansion of its production line with the construction of a second manufacturing unit in Santa Catarina, Brazil.
The project, which should be inaugurated in 2024, began with the acquisition of Paper Machine 02. The expectation is to generate more than 150 new jobs for the state, in addition to covering the production capacity for customer service.
