Kimberly-Clark Professional presents Onvation SmartFit for intelligent bathroom management

Kimberly-Clark Professional has launched Onvation SmartFit technology, a compact, internet-connected sensor that transforms commercial restroom management. Installed inside the paper towel and bath tissue dispensers, the device provides real-time data to optimize the replenishment of supplies, reduce waste and improve the user experience.

The novelty extends the capabilities of the Onvation system, which was already used to monitor SCOTT and PURELL dispensers. Now, SmartFit technology enables this functionality on an even wider range of models, including ICON and SCOTT PRO dispensers, as well as selected universal options.

Equipped with Time of Flight technology, the sensor measures paper levels and the flow of people in the environment, enabling data-driven management and eliminating guesswork in routine maintenance. Installation is simple, the battery lasts two years and integration with a mobile app ensures that the cleaning team can act wherever and whenever they are needed.

The automation of facilities maintenance is already proving to be a priority for the sector.
