Premier Care Industries completes new manufacturing campus in Texas

New Arlington facility expands the company’s wet wipe production capacity, with commercial operations expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026 and a liquid fill platform planned for 2027

Premier Care Industries (PCI), a U.S.-based manufacturer of wet wipes and disposable hygiene products, has completed construction of a new manufacturing campus in Arlington, Texas, expanding its production capacity and contract manufacturing operations.

Designed to support consumer brands and retail customers, the new site includes manufacturing capabilities for a range of wet wipe formats, such as flat packs, canisters, sachets, stand-up pouches and alcohol-based products. The campus also features a purified water treatment system and an automated distribution network intended to support product quality, manufacturing efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The company is currently carrying out final equipment testing, process validation and customer qualification procedures at the facility. Commercial production is scheduled to begin in the latter part of the third quarter of 2026.

“The completion of our Arlington campus marks a transformational milestone for Premier Care Industries. We’ve built a world-class facility that expands our manufacturing footprint, strengthens our capabilities, and positions us to support the growing demand from our partners nationwide,” says Matthew Neman, chief operating officer.

In addition to the new manufacturing campus, Premier Care Industries announced plans to launch a liquid fill manufacturing platform in the third quarter of 2027. According to the company, the platform will support the production of personal care, household, healthcare and beauty products, complementing its existing wet wipe manufacturing operations with integrated liquid-infused production capabilities.
