Last week, Suzano, the world’s largest pulp producer, announced that it will again raise the price of hardwood pulp – the second in 2023 – in Asia.
As in the first readjustment of the year, announced for June, the increase will be US$ 30 per ton of pulp and will be valid in all Asian countries where the company operates, starting in July.
According to expert analyses, the new readjustment should raise the prices practiced by the company in the Asian market to US$ 510 per ton.
