Essity celebrates 10 years of Tork Vision Cleaning
Data-driven technology is already present in buildings hosting 1.2 billion people

Essity presents Tork Vision Cleaning technology as one of the highlights of its stand at Cleaning Show 2025, the largest and longest running event in the UK dedicated to cleaning, hygiene and facilities management. Celebrating 10 years in operation, the data-driven solution is already connected to buildings that welcome 1.2 billion people, sending more than 1.3 million daily messages to cleaning professionals via 100,000 devices.
The system allows teams to remotely monitor restroom usage and dispenser refill levels via smartphones or tablets, ensuring efficient soap and paper replenishment. “We are seeing a growing demand for the data-driven cleaning technology, particularly in high-traffic spaces such as airports, stadiums and large office buildings,” said Pablo Fuentes, president of Essity’s global Professional Hygiene business.
Another Essity highlight at the event is the Tork Focus4 Sustainability program, which helps customers make decisions with transparent sustainability data. “Customers need clear and comprehensible sustainability data to inform their decision-making when choosing suppliers,” said Lydia Brant, Essity’s sustainability and professional hygiene tender specialist.
The company is also presenting other innovations, such as the PeakServe continuous hand towel dispenser, which releases sheets of paper individually to reduce waste, and the SmartOne toilet paper dispenser, which reduces consumption by up to 40%. In addition, the Tork PaperCircle recycling service allows paper towels to be collected and reused, reducing the carbon footprint by 40% and promoting a circular economy system.
