Essity recognized as Diversity Leader by Financial Times for the fourth consecutive year
Survey of over 100,000 employees highlights the company’s commitment to inclusion across various dimensions

Essity, a hygiene and health company, has been designated as a Diversity Leader by the Financial Times for the fourth consecutive year. This classification, conducted by Statista on behalf of the publication, involved a survey of over 100,000 employees from European companies, focusing on five dimensions of diversity: gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, and disability.
Pia Höök, Essity’s Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, stated: “Diversity is an ongoing commitment and an important investment for employees, companies and the world around us. Diversity and inclusion are business-critical as they contribute to better decision-making and thus better results”.
