INCAPE celebrates two GPTW awards: a recognition of its people-centered culture

The company has been recognized as one of the best workplaces in Santa Catarina and among the top industrial companies in Brazil

December began with significant milestones for INCAPE, as the company secured two major accolades: 23rd place among the Great Place to Work for in Santa Catarina and 33rd place among the Best Industrial Companies to Work For in Brazil.

For four consecutive years, INCAPE has participated in the GPTW awards, consistently standing out. Renowned for the quality and high performance of its products, the company is now also solidifying its reputation as a people-first organization.

“We always say that people are our most valuable asset here at INCAPE. We go beyond that by embracing our team and making ourselves available to ensure well-being, mental health, safety, and quality of life in the workplace. These GPTW titles reaffirm that commitment and demonstrate how the changes we’ve implemented are positively impacting the lives of our employees”, said Thiago Karam Westphalen, CEO of INCAPE.

VALUING PEOPLE AND PROMOTING BELONGING

The sense of belonging and appreciation among employees is reinforced through various initiatives, with continuous leadership development as a key highlight. Partnerships with renowned institutions, such as the Fritz Müller Foundation, provide high-quality training for Managers, Supervisors, and Analysts, strengthening a leadership-driven culture.

“These investments directly impact employee well-being, focusing on the development of skills like active listening, empathy, support, and a humanized approach rooted in rights, duties, and appreciation”, said Joiseidy Gomes de Oliveira, Administrative-Financial Director of INCAPE.

A NEW YEAR OF ACHIEVEMENTS AND OPPORTUNITIES

At INCAPE, every action is guided by three core principles: respect, appreciation, and humanization. This triad fosters talent and brings out the best in each employee, resulting in collaborative work that reflects the company’s hallmark of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

For Joleide Maus, Administrative Manager of INCAPE, 2025 promises to be even more special, with new projects, initiatives, and outstanding results. “Strengthening the company’s culture is directly linked to being recognized as a GPTW company, and we will continue along this path, side by side with our team”, she stated.
