Kimberly-Clark celebrates 35 years of operations at Jenks plant
Oklahoma facility is a benchmark in tissue and towel production and receives award for promoting health and well-being in the workplace

Kimberly-Clark is celebrating 35 years of operations at its manufacturing facility in Jenks, Oklahoma, U.S. Opened in April 1990, the plant has become one of the company’s key sites in North America, producing well-known products such as Cottonelle and Scott Comfort Plus toilet paper, Scott and Viva paper towels, and Kleenex facial tissues.
In addition to reaching this important milestone, the plant was recently honored with the Oklahoma Certified Healthy Business Excellence Award. The recognition is given to companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to employee health and well-being. To be eligible, companies must meet strict criteria, including maintaining a tobacco-free environment and implementing policies that encourage healthy lifestyles, physical activity, and stress management.
The Jenks facility is seen as a benchmark within Kimberly-Clark, not only for its production output, but also for its integration with the local community and ongoing focus on caring for people.
