Kimberly-Clark enhances WypAll® industrial cleaning cloths with improved absorption and strength
New X70 and X80 versions deliver better performance in removing oil, water, and grease, with sheets up to 10% larger
Kimberly-Clark Professional™ has announced significant enhancements to its WypAll® X70 medium-duty and WypAll® X80 heavy-duty cleaning cloths. The upgrades aim to deliver better performance and greater value to customers in industrial and manufacturing sectors who demand efficient cleaning solutions.
Both versions now feature improved absorbency and sheets that are up to 10% larger in the popular Jumbo Roll and Pop-Up™ Box formats, enhancing liquid absorption and helping to reduce downtime.
The WypAll X70 cloths have been redesigned with a new high-performance construction, making them stronger and up to 20% more effective in absorbing oil and water. This version is particularly suited for use with solvents. Internal testing conducted in 2024 shows that users prefer the new WypAll X70 over the previous version, especially for oil and grease cleanup.
WypAll X80 cloths were also upgraded and now feature a new surface texture that provides greater durability and a stronger feel. According to the same internal study, users gave the new model higher ratings for cleaning water, oil, and grease, noting its superior performance compared to the previous version.
