The company highlights collaboration between Memphis and Sherbrooke teams as key to the successful startup in March
Kruger Products announced the startup of Line 11 at its Memphis, Tennessee facility, marking a new step in strengthening its production capacity in North America.
The launch of this line was made possible through close collaboration between teams at the Memphis plant and the Sherbrooke, Quebec facility. In this context, the company emphasized that coordinated efforts, dedication, and teamwork were critical to achieving this milestone.
In addition, the company recognized the contribution of a group of 20 operators whose training and commitment played a key role in bringing the line into production in mid March. Their involvement ensured an efficient transition into full operation.
Furthermore, this milestone aligns with the company’s strategy to optimize industrial processes and reinforce its position in the tissue market. As a result, the startup of Line 11 contributes to enhancing both production capacity and operational efficiency.
Ultimately, the successful launch reflects Kruger Products’ focus on operational excellence, teamwork, and investment in human capital as drivers of sustainable growth.
