Kruger Products to invest $35 million in new tissue converting line in Memphis

Kruger Products is strengthening its U.S. operations with a new investment in Memphis. The company will allocate approximately $35 million to install a new converting line for bathroom tissue and paper towels, expected to be completed in Q2 2026.

The project will be carried out at the K.T.G. (USA) Inc. facility, a subsidiary of Kruger Products located in Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to increasing converting capacity, the investment will generate approximately 20 new jobs and support the company’s growth in the U.S. market.

“With the latest technology, this new converting line will allow us to expand our capacity and produce a wide range of highquality tissue products for our customers and our White Cloud® brand”, said Gordon Goss, Senior Vice President & General Manager, U.S. & Mexico Consumer Business.

The move is part of Kruger Products’ broader strategy to optimize operations at its Memphis site, which plays a critical role in supplying the U.S. market. “This new line is also part of our plan to reinvest and refocus our Memphis site on driving efficiency for our growing U.S. business”, Goss added.
