Procter & Gamble appoints Craig Arnold to Board of Directors
Former Eaton CEO brings global experience in innovation, operational leadership, and sustainability to the company

The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) has announced that Craig Arnold, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Corporation, has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective June 9, 2025. Arnold brings decades of global leadership experience, having led multinational operations across more than 175 countries.
During his tenure at Eaton — a global leader in power infrastructure and technology — Arnold served as Chairman and CEO from 2016 until May 2025. He was instrumental in guiding the company through a major transformation, incorporating renewable energy and digital technologies, while achieving notable growth in revenue, margins, and environmental impact.
Before taking the helm at Eaton, Arnold held several senior roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer, and previously served as Vice Chairman and COO of the company’s Industrial Sector from 2009 to 2015. His leadership contributed significantly to Eaton’s global performance and expansion.
Arnold began his career at General Electric, where he held roles across the Appliances, Plastics, and Lighting divisions, with assignments spanning Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. His ability to lead through constructive disruption is expected to bring strategic value to P&G.
Currently, he serves as lead independent board director for Medtronic, Inc., and is active in community leadership through board positions at the United Way and the Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland.
“Craig’s depth of global experience, expertise managing diversified portfolios, and proven track record in innovation management and operational excellence will contribute valuable perspective to our efforts to better serve consumers and customers and grow markets,” said Jon Moeller, P&G’s Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer.
