Tork PaperCircle wins Sustainability Award in Poland
Essity’s initiative is recognized as the world’s first paper towel recycling service and stands out among sustainable commercial projects
Tork PaperCircle, developed by Essity, was named the winner in the Commercial Initiatives category of the Sustainability Awards 2025, presented during the 16th edition of the Retail Summit in Warsaw, Poland. The event took place at the Double Tree by Hilton hotel and was organized by European Conferences United.
Recognized as the world’s first paper towel recycling service, Tork PaperCircle stood out for its innovation, responsible marketing, and its ability to engage consumers in sustainability efforts.
The project reinforces the brand’s commitment to environmental practices and opens new paths for the future of recycling and the circular economy.
Essity also extended its thanks to the partners contributing to a more sustainable supply chain: Stena Recycling Sp. z o.o., Lyreco Polska, Lidl Polska, Żabka Polska, and Biedronka.
The award was received on behalf of the company by Natalia Borodziuk.
