Fourth edition of iT’s Tissue takes place in June
Event dedicated to technology for the tissue industry will take place in some locations in Italy

There is great enthusiasm in the world of tissue for the fourth edition of iT’s Tissue, the event dedicated to technology for the tissue industry, taking place from 6 to 10 June 2022.
Lucca, Bologna, Lecco and Reggio Emilia are the main event locations; it will be a week of enlightening experiences in total safety and compliance with health regulations.
Promotors of the initiative are the 11 founding members of the Tissue Italy Network, such as E80 Group, Körber, Omet, Pulsar Engineering, TMC, Toscotec, among others.
iT’s Tissue will see the founding members open their doors for visitors to see technology in action first-hand, presenting their innovations and the specific impact of research on the solutions developed. The growth of the industry, the generation of economic results, the social impact in terms of jobs and the environment are all directly connected to the choice to invest in latest-generation technology: technology which is capable of optimizing costs while guaranteeing operational efficiency and finished-product quality.
THE VALUE OF IT’S TISSUE
iT’s Tissue is a unique event that focuses on technological innovation and economic trends in the field of tissue.
As in every previous edition, the core of iT’s Tissue is convergence, the ability to create synergy between all the components in the supply chain – a genuine integration of the different technologies and specialisms it comprises. The goal of the event is to provide the participants with a unique experience that harmonizes objectives and provides a competitive response to market demands which is in tune with the fast-changing socio-economic landscape.
THE ORGANIZATION
iT’s Tissue is based on a dynamic and active format, in which each founding member organizes exclusive Open Houses at their facilities; the nucleus of the activity is Tissue Home, a meeting point for all participants and the starting point for the shuttles to the open houses.
Tissue Home, open from 5 to 10 June at the splendid Caffè delle Mura in Lucca, will offer a complimentary hospitality service with a café and lounge bar open to all customers registered for the event.
Additionally, the choice to organize Open Houses promotes relationships between companies and customers and, above all, it ensures that visitors can immerse themselves in the life of the company, meet the team and learn about the technology presented close up.
TECHNOLOGY, SUSTAINABILITY AND EXCELLENCE: THE KEYS TO SUCCESS
iT’s Tissue has pressing topics such as sustainability and environmental protection at its heart. Access to constantly updated technology enhances all stages of the production process and promotes high-level performance. Convergence is also about staying efficient through solutions that help reduce waste in the creation of new products and vanguard technologies.
It is all about placing cutting-edge engineering and the latest technological solutions at the service of the tissue industry: the market is changing, with new economic scenarios opening up dictated by the needs of increasingly demanding consumers.
The goal is to find innovative answers to specific requests, guaranteeing high performance and respect for the planet.
This is iT’s Tissue’s commitment: to look to the future by taking concrete action today.
