Kimberly-Clark has appointed Suzana Blades as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, expanding her leadership responsibilities within the company as it advances its Powering Care strategy and prepares for the completion of its pending acquisition of Kenvue.
Blades has more than two decades of experience leading legal, regulatory, and risk matters across global organizations. According to Kimberly-Clark, she brings experience in enterprise risk management and strategic leadership to the role.
At Kimberly-Clark, Blades has been involved in protecting and advancing the company’s business while supporting a corporate culture focused on integrity, trust, and innovation.
The company said her leadership will support the continued execution of its Powering Care strategy and preparations for the completion of the Kenvue acquisition. Kimberly-Clark also said it expects Blades’ role to contribute to value creation for consumers, customers, and shareholders.
