Kimberly-Clark recognized among the World’s Most Ethical Companies for the seventh year in a row
The company was featured in Ethisphere's ranking, which evaluates standards of ethics and corporate governance

Kimberly-Clark has once again been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies 2025 ranking. The company, which has already received this nomination ten times, is on the list for the seventh consecutive year.
The 2025 edition of the ranking honored 136 companies from 19 countries and 44 sectors of the economy. In the consumer goods sector, Kimberly-Clark was one of only two companies to be recognized, standing out for its commitment to high standards of ethics, governance and social impact.
“This long-standing recognition by Ethisphere reflects the deep commitment of our global teams to lead with integrity and uphold our values every day,” said Grant McGee, Kimberly-Clark’s General Counsel.
The recognition is awarded on the basis of the Ethics Quotient, an evaluation system developed by Ethisphere that analyzes more than 240 criteria related to corporate integrity. Factors such as compliance programs, governance structure, ethical culture, social and environmental impact and initiatives aimed at sustainability and transparency in the value chain are considered.
The methodology includes a detailed analysis conducted by Ethisphere experts, who examine thousands of pieces of information provided by companies to identify best practices and establish global standards of ethical excellence in the business world.
“Kimberly-Clark’s inclusion on the World’s Most Ethical Companies list for seven consecutive years underscores the company’s unwavering dedication to corporate compliance and ethical culture,” said Erica Salmon Byrne, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Chair of Ethisphere.
