Nice-Pak, a leading producer of wet wipes for consumer markets, announced the appointment of Gary Giles as Chief Executive Officer.
Giles, a seasoned veteran in the food and wellness industries, brings to Nice-Pak a 30-year track record of successfully building and guiding organizations. He joins Nice-Pak from Monogram Foods, a leader in private label food manufacturing, where he served as President and COO. Before that, Giles was the CEO of Innovations in Nutrition and Wellness (INW), the world’s largest solutions partner serving the nutrition and wellness industries with contract manufacturing, R&D and brand support offerings.
“We are delighted to welcome Gary as our new CEO after an extensive search process,” said Robert Julius, Nice-Pak Executive Chairman. “Gary is a results-driven business leader who has a diverse background of experiences and a reputation of success. With his strong experience in building teams, we look forward to Gary leading the organization as he guides our business into the future.”
“I am delighted to be appointed to lead such a strong team,” added Giles. “Nice-Pak is a company with a rich history, talented people, and a leading reputation of innovation and sustainability. I look forward to building on the strong business that has flourished over the past 60 years.”
In addition to the appointment of Giles, Nice-Pak recently added Alec Frisch as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing sales, marketing and R&D on a global basis.
Frisch has a 30-year track record of leading consumer products businesses in both the retail and away-from-home markets, most recently at Georgia-Pacific Professional, where he was VP and General Manager for the foodservice division. Prior to that, Frisch ran the Foodservice Condiments & Sauces business at H.J. Heinz.
Frisch will work alongside Giles to oversee the go-to-market activities of Nice-Pak and Nice-Pak International and build upon the company’s reputation for innovation, quality and superior customer service.
