Imperial Dade and BradyPLUS announced the launch of a new corporate identity under the name Imperial Brady, marking a new phase in the integration process following the merger completed in March 2026.
The company will operate as a single brand across the North American market, bringing together more than 13,000 employees and approximately US$10 billion in annual revenue. According to the company, the integration aims to strengthen customer and supplier support through expanded scale, expertise, and geographic reach.
The new corporate identity combines elements from both organizations and reflects the company’s family-owned heritage, as well as its focus on delivering services and support for the cleaning and facility care, foodservice, and packaging sectors.
The company stated that the rollout of the new brand and logo will take place gradually across multiple customer and corporate touchpoints over the coming months.
Currently, Imperial Brady operates as a distribution and solutions provider across North America, offering specialized services and technical support to customers in a wide range of industrial and commercial sectors.
