Kruger Products committed to reducing the carbon footprint
The company has announced that it is investing $660,000 in energy efficiency at its Crabtree Tissue Plant which is on path to achieving ISO 50001 certification

Kruger Products manufactures some of North America’s most popular tissue brands, such as Cashmere®, Purex®, Scotties®’, SpongeTowels®, White Cloud®, as well as products for use away from home.
Committed to a more sustainable production, respecting consumers and the planet, the company announced a new strategy to reduce its carbon footprint: an investment of $660,000 in energy efficiency at its Crabtree Tissue Plant, in Canada, which is on path to achieving ISO 50001 certification.
“Within the next two years, the reduction in GHG emissions resulting from this initiative will be equivalent to removing 400 cars from our roads! We thank Natural Resources Canada for supporting us in this effort,” the company said in a note on its LinkedIn.
