Lucart achieves Platinum sustainability rating from Ecovadis for 2023
The recognition represents the highest level of corporate social responsibility rating

Lucart, the Italian tissue manufacturer known for the brands Tenderly, Tutto Pannocarta and Lucart Professional, has received the “Platinum” rating from the independent agency EcoVadis for 2023 with a score of 84/100.
The recognition represents the highest level of corporate social responsibility classification: only 1% of the more than 100,000 companies analyzed by Ecovadis around the world, in more than 200 different sectors, achieved a similar result.
The score obtained by Lucart represents excellence in several areas examined by the institution: environment (100/100); labor practices and human rights (90/100) and sustainable purchasing (80/100)
“In the year of the 70th anniversary of the founding of Lucart, we are even more proud to have obtained this recognition that attests, once again, to our unremitting commitment to promoting a sustainable way of producing paper,” declared Massimo Pasquini, CEO of the Lucart Group. “I want to thank all the people who work at Lucart, who work tirelessly to contribute, each in their own way, to our common goal of creating value for all our stakeholders,” he added.
Assessments are based on international sustainability standards, such as the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standards, the ISO 260004 standard, the Ceres Roadmap and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
