SUPPLY CHAIN MASTERY

P&G has once again demonstrated its supply chain prowess by being named one of Gartner’s Supply Chain Top 25 “Masters” for the tenth consecutive year. This distinction is reserved for companies that have secured top-five composite scores for at least seven out of the last ten years. P&G’s consistent excellence in this domain is attributed to its Supply 3.0 initiative, enhancing agility, scalability, and transparency to meet stakeholder needs effectively.

ADMIRED AND RESPONSIBLE

Fortune’s 2024 list of the World’s Most Admired Companies placed P&G at the 18th position out of over 300 companies, and first in its industry for the fifth consecutive year. In February 2024, P&G topped JUST Capital’s rankings for Personal Products companies, with an overall ranking of 79 out of 937 companies.

MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE

The Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250 for 2023 ranked P&G as the leading consumer goods company with a score of 76.4, placing seventh overall. This ranking underscores P&G’s superior management practices and corporate governance.

SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT

For the fifth year running, P&G was named one of Barron’s 100 Most Sustainable Companies, securing the 10th spot in 2024. P&G’s environmental efforts focus on reducing its footprint and enabling sustainable practices industry-wide, particularly in the areas of climate, waste, water, and nature.

CARREER GROWTH AND INCLUSION

P&G’s dedication to employee development was recognized by TIME’s inaugural ranking of The Best Companies for Future Leaders, where P&G ranked fourth. The company’s leadership training programs are designed to foster career growth and prepare employees for future leadership roles. Forbes’ 2023 World’s Best Employers list ranked P&G seventh in the packaged goods industry, reflecting the company’s commitment to creating a superior work experience.
