Procter & Gamble celebrated for innovation, sustainability, and inclusion

Global accolades highlighted P&G's excellence in supply chain management, corporate responsibility, and workforce development

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has been lauded with multiple global awards, reflecting its commitment to brand innovation, supply chain excellence, and inclusive corporate culture. The company’s achievements underline its significant impact on careers, businesses, and consumers worldwide.


P&G has once again demonstrated its supply chain prowess by being named one of Gartner’s Supply Chain Top 25 “Masters” for the tenth consecutive year. This distinction is reserved for companies that have secured top-five composite scores for at least seven out of the last ten years. P&G’s consistent excellence in this domain is attributed to its Supply 3.0 initiative, enhancing agility, scalability, and transparency to meet stakeholder needs effectively.


In April 2024, the Axios Harris Poll 100 ranked P&G among the most visible companies in America, highlighting its strong public presence. Additionally, Fortune Magazine recognized P&G as one of America’s Most Innovative Companies. P&G’s researchers and developers are dedicated to creating superior products that address consumers’ evolving needs, a commitment reflected in their celebrated innovation.


Fortune’s 2024 list of the World’s Most Admired Companies placed P&G at the 18th position out of over 300 companies, and first in its industry for the fifth consecutive year. This recognition was based on P&G’s innovation, people management, social responsibility, and global competitiveness. In February 2024, P&G topped JUST Capital’s rankings for Personal Products companies, with an overall ranking of 79 out of 937 companies.


The Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250 for 2023 ranked P&G as the leading consumer goods company with a score of 76.4, placing seventh overall. This ranking underscores P&G’s superior management practices and corporate governance.


For the fifth year running, P&G was named one of Barron’s 100 Most Sustainable Companies, securing the 10th spot in 2024. P&G’s environmental efforts focus on reducing its footprint and enabling sustainable practices industry-wide, particularly in the areas of climate, waste, water, and nature.


P&G’s dedication to employee development was recognized by TIME’s inaugural ranking of The Best Companies for Future Leaders, where P&G ranked fourth. Additionally, P&G achieved a perfect score on the Disability: IN Inclusion Index for the third consecutive year and received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index for the tenth year in a row, one of only 30 companies to earn top scores on multiple LGBTQ+ inclusion measures.
