Resolute Forest Products Named for 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Awards

The company was recognized for tracking customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPIs) in its pulp, paper and tissue segments

Resolute Forest Products was named an organization of the year at Business Intelligence Group (BIG) 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Awards. This annual business awards program recognizes those who are helping companies better communicate with their customers to provide a differentiated level of customer service and Resolute was recognized for tracking customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPIs) in its pulp, paper and tissue segments.

“As part of our sustainability commitments, Resolute’s customer satisfaction tracking initiative is designed to continuously improve customer satisfaction levels for flexibility, quality and service. We are delighted our customers continue to place their trust in us and in our sustainable products and services,” Resolute commented on its LinkedIn page.
