A loyal employee with close to 14 years of service, Ashleigh Marchl, environment, health and safety manager at Resolute’s Thunder Bay (Ontario) pulp and paper mill, was recognized with the award Top 10 Under 40 on pulp and paper industry.
“Ashleigh is a creative thinker spearheading innovative waste diversion projects, most notably, repurposing the mill’s boiler ash and creating beneficial uses for mill byproducts. She is also engaged in several local and regional environmentally-focused organizations, demonstrating Resolute’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship”, declared the company.
