The Portuguese company Renova has been nominated in the Sustainability & Environment category of the Interclean Amsterdam Innovation Award 2026, held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, one of the most prestigious global recognitions in the professional hygiene sector.
The nomination recognizes TextilPapier, a product developed using a blend of natural fibers and recycled textile fibers, sourced from used garments such as jeans and t-shirts, reinforcing the company’s commitment to circular economy principles and sustainable innovation.
With this initiative, the company once again places Portugal on the international innovation stage, combining design, functionality, and sustainability in everyday hygiene products, including toilet paper and kitchen rolls, designed with a strong purpose-driven approach.
