Cascades appoints François David as Vice-President of Communications, Public Affairs and Sustainable Development

Cascades has appointed François David as its new Vice-President of Communications, Public Affairs and Sustainable Development. David currently serves as Vice-President, Commercial for the company’s Tissue Papers division.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the Université de Sherbrooke. His professional experience spans five industries and includes roles in organizations of varying sizes, where he has built expertise in marketing, sales, innovation, brand management and communications. He has been with Cascades for more than six years.

In his new position, David will be responsible for supporting the company’s visibility while contributing to the execution of Cascades’ latest Sustainable Development Plan, described by the company as the most ambitious in its history. The company also highlighted his leadership, ability to engage teams and strategic perspective as key strengths for the role.
