Kimberly-Clark mobilizes aid for communities affected by Hurricane Helene
Company pledges over US$ 2 million in donations and partners with major organizations to support recovery efforts in North and South Carolina
Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in health and hygiene products, is stepping up to assist communities impacted by Hurricane Helene, which has left a trail of destruction across the southeastern United States. The powerful storm has displaced thousands and caused widespread devastation, affecting areas where over 1,500 of the company’s employees live and work, particularly in Hendersonville, North Carolina, and Beech Island, in South Carolina.
In response, Kimberly-Clark has committed over US$ 2 million in cash and product donations, partnering with the American Red Cross, the National Diaper Bank Network, United Way of Henderson County, and United Way of Aiken County to support relief efforts. The Kimberly-Clark Foundation is also matching up to US$ 250,000 in donations to the American Red Cross, encouraging public contributions through this link: http://spr.ly/6041UcgFU.
