Kinetic appoints Chay Swift as new Territory Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region

Kinetic has announced the appointment of Chay Swift as its new Territory Manager, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Swift will be responsible for the Mid-Atlantic region, covering North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Kentucky, and Ohio.

With over 25 years of experience in outside and territory sales, with the last 15 years dedicated to the CNC machinery and manufacturing industry. His strong background in effective communication and customer service has enabled a smooth transition into the Tissue Converting sector, where Kinetic has established itself as a market leader.

In his initial months with the company, Swift emphasized the importance of relationship-driven sales, a model that aligns with his work style and years of experience building trust with both new and repeat customers. He also highlighted that his early success has been driven by regular client visits and the ability to provide close support as a field representative.
