The company offers comprehensive solutions including repairs, recoating, new builds and spare parts across multiple platforms and materials

Kinetic, a recognized leader in the tissue industry for cutting applications, has announced an expanded range of coated roll services aimed at optimizing performance and durability in key production stages.

The service portfolio includes repair, recoating, new builds, and spare parts compatible with all platforms, using materials such as aluminum, steel, and carbon fiber. The company offers solutions for conventional rider rolls, including fully assembled two-piece rider sets ready for mill installation, as well as Tri-Rider Roll Sets and single carbon fiber rolls, both in new and recoat versions.

Kinetic also provides Patterned Rider Rolls featuring a special cross-hatch pattern to enhance grip and performance, and winding/draw rolls available in plain or striped finishes with optional core insertion guide grooves.

For more sensitive operations, the portfolio includes perforated and screen rolls designed with a special process to keep interiors grit-free, ensuring consistent quality. Additionally, small festoon and idler rollers made of low-mass carbon fiber and aluminum are offered for splice units, web path rollers and tensioners.

Kinetic also provides carbon fiber replacement rolls for existing aluminum or steel components, enabling clients to upgrade their systems for improved efficiency and reduced weight. More examples of custom projects can be found in the company’s reference section.
