Three Cascades leaders named to Pulp & Paper Canada’s Top 10 Under 40
Recognition highlights next-generation talent driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in the pulp and paper industry

Cascades Inc., a leader in sustainable packaging and hygiene products, announced that three of its rising talents, Louis Chauvette, Benjamin Granger, and Leslie Ruggeri have been named to Pulp & Paper Canada’s prestigious Top 10 Under 40 list. The ranking honors young professionals demonstrating leadership, innovation, and excellence across the pulp and paper sector in Canada.

Louis Chauvette, Technical Director in Engineering and Operational Excellence, has led optimization projects that boosted energy efficiency, production quality, and environmental performance. He is recognized for fostering collaboration and connecting Operations, R&D, and executive teams.

Benjamin Granger, Director of Demand and Supply Planning for the Tissue division, rose from intern to manager. His expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and production planning has strengthened Cascades’ supply chain agility and efficiency in a volatile market.

Leslie Ruggeri, Plant Manager, Succession at the St. Marys plant, transitioned from human resources into operations, leveraging her cross-functional skills and people-first leadership to bring fresh perspectives and community engagement to Cascades.
