UCT expands its collaboration with Tissue Group Hungary with a Nexus Line

The new technology will increase capacity, enhance automation, and support the Hungarian company’s next phase of growth, reinforcing a partnership of more than 15 years

United Converting Tissue has announced the expansion of its long-standing collaboration with Tissue Group Hungary, following the company’s order of a new Nexus Industrial Line. The decision strengthens a partnership that has steadily developed for more than 15 years, positioning both companies as strategic allies in high-efficiency converting solutions.

Founded in 2010, Tissue Group Hungary has grown into one of the most dynamic and lean operators in the local market. Its trajectory has been shaped by continuous optimisation and strategic investments, establishing the company as a benchmark for operational efficiency. Today, it operates UCT converting lines for both rolled and folded products, with a high degree of automation.

With the addition of the new Nexus Line, the company aims to increase production capacity and further advance the automation of its converting operations as it enters its next stage of development and growth.

Roland Jeney, Managing Director of Tissue Group, highlighted the importance of this long-term partnership: “We are very happy about our partnership with UCT. Our business has grown steadily over the years, and we are now in a position to increase both capacity and automation in our converting operations. For this reason, we chose a new Nexus Industrial Line, which fits our requirements perfectly.”

United Converting Tissue expressed its gratitude for the renewed trust from Tissue Group Hungary and reaffirmed its commitment to advancing technologies that simplify and optimize tissue converting processes.
