Pampers launches Diaper Stash fund to aid new parents with diaper needs

New initiative and 90s sitcom-inspired series spotlighted the importance of community support for stocking up on baby essentials

Pampers has launched Diaper Stash, a fund where friends and family can contribute to help parents stock up on diapers and wipes. This initiative aims to address the uncertainty parents face regarding the number of diapers and wipes needed for their babies. To highlight the support loved ones can offer, Pampers premiered “That’s So Baby”, a 4-part content series inspired by 90s sitcoms. Produced by Kevin Hart’s entertainment company Hartbeat, the series stars 90s sitcom actress Tisha Campbell and acclaimed musician and actor Tristan Mack Wilds. The series humorously explores the gift-giving conversations that occur when preparing for a baby’s arrival.

Pampers recognized the communal effort required to raise a child, which is why Diaper Stash was launched last year. This feature allows parents to create a fund and rally community support. Recently, Pampers introduced a new option enabling friends and family to create a Diaper Stash for the parents in their lives, leveraging the strength of their social circles.

“Oftentimes at baby showers, expecting parents are gifted too many diapers in the smaller sizes (that may go unused) or not given nearly enough diapers relative to how many they’ll go through”, said Diaper Stash Brand director Lindsay Gilbert. “And beyond the baby shower, friends and family are always looking for ways they can support the parents in their life once baby arrives. That’s why Pampers created Diaper Stash – to help parents stock up on all the diapers and wipes they’ll need and order the right sizes as baby grows, while giving those around them a quick and practical way to show their ongoing support”.

With the newly introduced feature, parents can now use the funds from their Stash to purchase Pampers diapers and wipes online from major retailers or scan receipts for reimbursement directly to their linked bank account.
