Kimberly-Clark Appoints Grant McGee as New Senior Vice President and General Counsel
McGee joins executive team to drive company's strategic growth
Kimberly-Clark Corporation, has announced the appointment of Grant McGee as senior vice president and general counsel, effective February 1. In this new position, McGee will report directly to Jeff Melucci, who, in turn, is expanding his business responsibilities by assuming the role of chief business and transformation officer. With this appointment, McGee also joins Kimberly-Clark’s executive leadership team.
McGee returns to Kimberly-Clark following his time at American Airlines, where he served as vice president, assistant general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2022, he held various roles of increasing responsibility within Kimberly-Clark.
Mike Hsu, Kimberly-Clark’s chairman and chief executive officer, expressed his delight at McGee’s return to the company, “We are fortunate to have Grant back at Kimberly-Clark.
