Merger between Vivos Holdings and Nice-Pak creates global giant in hygiene and personal care

New company strengthens presence in Europe, expands focus on private label and co-manufacturing, and bets on innovation to drive global growth

Vivos Holdings, a portfolio company of Emprise Group, has announced a merger with Nice-Pak, a global manufacturer of hygiene solutions, including wet wipes. Through this agreement, both companies will operate under a unified structure, forming one of the largest players in the sector with a focus on private label and contract manufacturing.

In addition to reinforcing its footprint in the United States, the new company will expand its reach to the European market and strengthen its commitment to innovation and the development of products focused on health and well-being.

The merger also represents a significant expansion in terms of product portfolio and industrial capabilities. The goal is to better serve the demands of major retailers and consumer packaged goods brands by leveraging the synergies between the two operations.

According to Richard Koulouris, CEO of Emprise, the merger is being executed in a planned manner with no disruption to customers. “This partnership allows us to further diversify our investment portfolio, enhance our existing investments in the health, hygiene and personal care manufacturing sector, and deliver greater value for our customers and employee-owners”.

With more than six decades of experience, Nice-Pak is globally recognized for its expertise in wet wipes for a range of applications, from baby care to personal hygiene and food service. Its innovations include pioneering products such as Wet-Nap wipes and resealable packaging for the baby care segment.

The company employs around 1,500 people across the United States and Europe and now becomes part of the Emprise structure through Vivos Holdings.

“Being part of this combined organization will diversify Nice-Pak’s business, accelerate our growth plans, continue the investment in our associates and further our commitment to being a leading provider of innovative solutions that allow consumers to live cleaner, healthier lives”, said Gary Giles, CEO of Nice-Pak.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in August 2025. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
