The Navigator Company has been recognized as the most attractive company to work for in Portugal’s industrial sector, according to the Randstad Employer Brand Research 2026. The company also secured third place in the national ranking of the country’s most attractive employers.

Conducted annually by Randstad, the study evaluates the factors job seekers and employees value most when choosing an employer, including career development opportunities, workplace environment, corporate reputation, and job security.

With nearly 4,000 employees representing 45 nationalities, Navigator stood out for its efforts to attract, develop, and retain talent in an industry undergoing significant technological and environmental transformation.

The company operates across forestry, pulp and paper production, tissue, sustainable packaging solutions, research, and bioenergy. Through its “Be the Future” initiative, Navigator has strengthened its engagement with universities and younger generations, creating opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
